JP Russ & Son worked closely with the Town of Shallotte to create a municipal park from a multi-acre tract of poorly drained land close to the Shallotte River. JP Russ completed many aspects of the park including grading, fill dirt, water infrastructure, sidewalks, and landscaping, as well as the unique terraced seating area adjacent to the band shelter.
